Our sea salt flakes 
are delicately hand harvested from the Grade A quality seawater of the Atlantic using a natural and slow production process. Our sea salt flakes have absolutely nothing added, but a little heat and a lot of time.
Michael and Aileen O’Neill own and manage Irish Atlantic Salt Ltd. and with the help of Martin and Jo-Anne, produce gourmet sea salt flakes that are releasing flavours in food across the country and even across the globe!
